It is our hope that this website will provide you with practical and interesting information about ECHS.  The staff, parents, and students have set a standard that expect our students to perform at their personal best.  This not only applies to academic achievement, but behavioral expectations as well.

ECHS is an inclusive school community including students, teachers, parents and community members who support our students in the pursuit of their academic endeavors.  The teachers and support staff at ECHS are a great group of dedicated individuals who are committed to providing quality education and maintaining high expectations for all students.

Our commitment is to help each student learn to be complex thinkers, responsible self-directed learners, collaborative workers and effective communicators.  We hope your students find our school a place where he/she develops intellectually; learns interpersonal skills and establishes personal connections to their world in pursuit of their post-secondary goals.

For the first time we will have a full 9-12 grade level configuration and our first graduating class.  Since ECHS began in 2006 we have accomplished many great things!  In 2008-2009 we were named a California Distinguished School and received WASC accreditation.  We also received the top rank of 10 in the California Standardized Test ranking in the state.

Our website is a resource for additional information about our school.  Please check it regularly to stay up-to-date with the events on campus.  You will also want to log in to establish a password in School Loop to check your student’s academic progress through out the year.
